Problem Statement
The existing clinic management system had multiple navigation layers and inconsistent layouts that made it difficult for doctors and staff to access key information quickly. Daily tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient data entry, and report tracking took longer than expected, leading to workflow delays and reduced staff satisfaction.
Solutions and Results
I redesigned the platform to simplify navigation and improve data visibility. The dashboard now highlights essential stats upfront appointments, patient visits, and lab reports using a consistent visual hierarchy. I also unified table structures, added smart filters, and optimized the layout for faster scanning and fewer clicks.
After launch:
